I know what it’s like to chase a dream while battling self-doubt, burnout, and the constant pressure to prove yourself. I know what it feels like to want something so badly but also feel like you’re getting in your own way.
I didn’t grow up with confidence. I grew up in a turbulent household, where I learned how to survive, not how to be seen. The skills that kept me safe as a kid—staying small, avoiding attention, not taking up too much space—were the very things that held me back in my creative career.
The entertainment industry requires you to put yourself out there, to believe you’re enough, to advocate for yourself in rooms where no one is waiting to hand you an opportunity. But none of that came naturally to me. My actions reflected someone who was hiding, not someone who felt worthy of success.
And for years, I let that hold me back.
But the more I worked on my mental health and mindset, the more my career started to grow. And that’s when I realized—just because I had a turbulent childhood didn’t mean I had to have a turbulent career. I refused to let my past define me.
That’s when I started Your Journey to You.
The entertainment industry is brutal on mental health. It will chew you up, spit you out, and tell you you’re never enough. It thrives on artists stretching themselves thin, on people feeling desperate and willing to do anything for a chance. And if you don’t have the right mindset, it’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos.
For the first few years of my career, I did. I struggled with self-sabotage, self-compassion, boundaries, body image, and relationships. It took me 15 years to undo my limiting beliefs, to stop hiding, to trust myself enough to take up space. I don’t want it to take you that long.
That’s why I founded Your Journey to You—a space where actors and creatives can get real, actionable tools to break through fear, self-doubt, and self-sabotage faster.
Whether you’re struggling to take action, stuck in perfectionism, or questioning whether you’re “good enough,” I’m here to help you step into your power and start owning your success—without losing yourself in the process.
I don’t believe in vague “just be confident” advice. I teach step-by-step tools, strategies, tips, and mindset hacks to help you go from surviving to thriving.
Acting is physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding. And no one teaches us how to protect our well-being while building a career. But I want to change that.
I want to help actors set boundaries, build real confidence, and create self-care practices that allow them to thrive without burnout. Because your well-being matters just as much as your career.
Before every audition or self-tape, I close my eyes, take three deep belly breaths, and wiggle my toes to ground myself before I start.
Try it before your next audition. Let it remind you that you belong here.
Because you do.
You are not too broken. You are not too late. You are not behind.
No matter where you are on your journey, you have the power to rewrite your story, to step into your confidence, and to create the career you’ve always dreamed of. The only thing standing in your way is the belief that you can’t. And I promise you—you absolutely can.
You are stronger than your doubts.
You are worthy of success.
You are already enough.
I’ve built Your Journey to You with multiple ways to support you, no matter where you’re starting from. You can:
If you’re ready to stop self-sabotaging and start thriving, you’re in the right place. Let’s make this year your breakthrough year.
